Here are the Reignite Collective LLC ("Reignite Collective", "Reignite Collective" or "Reignite Collective") Terms & Conditions. The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the website at www.reignitecollective.com (the "Site"), as well as to the coaching programs and services and any related communications, content, or materials that Reignite Collective provides (the "Services").

When you use the Site by booking a discovery call, enrolling in a program, or in any other way access Reignite Collective's Services, you agree to be subject to these Terms. If you do not agree, then you should not use the Site or Reignite Collective's Services.

Eligibility

In order to use our Services or to enter into a coaching agreement with us, you are required to be at least 18 years of age. When you use the Site or the Services, you are stating that you satisfy this condition and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Description of Services

Reignite Collective offers divorce recovery coaching and other forms of support to women going through a divorce, such as one-on-one and group coaching, a 12-week special program, discovery calls, digital materials, and (where available) in-person or virtual retreats. The exact details of the programs, the prices, and the scheduling are dealt with during a discovery call or are given in a separate coaching agreement, which might contain further terms applicable to that particular engagement.​

Coaching is not therapy, nor is it medical, legal, or financial advice.

This is important, so please read carefully:

Coaching is a partnership aimed at achieving specific goals and does not take the place of psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or professional legal, financial, or mental health advice. The coaching sessions, emails, content and this Website do not establish an attorney-client, doctor-patient, therapist-client or financial advisor-client relationship.

Reignite Collective can offer coaching on matters such as divorce, finances or life planning, but it does not give any legal, financial, investment, medical or psychiatric advice. If you need guidance in relation to your specific situation, you should consult a qualified and licensed professional. Coaching is not suitable in the case of a health emergency or crisis.

If you are going through a crisis or are having thoughts of self-harm, you should call 911 (in the U.S.), 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), your local emergency services, or a qualified mental health professional. You have responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and well-being. It is important to seek professional help when this is necessary.

No Guaranteed Results

The extent to which Reignite coaching produces results will depend on a variety of personal factors including the amount of effort you exert in light of your particular circumstances and the degree of consistency you show. The testimonials, stories or examples provided on the Site or in any marketing materials refer to the experiences of other people and should not be seen as a guarantee, promise or prediction of the results you will achieve.

Booking, Payment and Cancellation

  • Discovery calls can be arranged through the online booking system of Reignite Collective (at present this is Calendly) and are provided free of charge as stated on the Site.

  • Reignite Collective will provide you with details about enrolment in the program, the prices and the payment terms, and where applicable it will include these in a separate coaching agreement or invoice which you will need to review and accept before making the payment.

  • The refund policy covering refunds, cancellations and rescheduling is available on the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You should look at it before you enroll.

Confidentiality

Reignite Collective respects the privacy of any information you give when you are coached and will not make your personal information or the contents of your coaching conversations available to any third parties except:

  • It is necessary to provide the Services (for example, scheduling tools, payment processors);

​

  • As required by law, court order, or to prevent harm to you or others;

​

  • When you agree clearly and in writing.

Email List

By giving your email address or by joining the community/email list ('Join the Collective!'), you agree to receive coaching tips, resources, news regarding the community, and from time to time invitations to book a discovery call. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in our emails or by getting in touch with us. Your contact information will not be sold.

Intellectual Property

All the text, graphics, logos, program materials, worksheets, videos and the name and branding of the Reignite Collective that can be found on the Site and as part of our Services belong to Reignite Collective, LLC or to its licensors. These items are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You cannot copy, reproduce, distribute or create works based on our content unless you get written permission first. This rule applies except when the use's, for your own personal non-commercial purposes related to your coaching program.

User Conduct

When using the Reignite website or when talking to us, including in any group coaching or community environment, you agree not to:

  1. Break any law or rule;

  2. Be mean. Hurt other people who are in the groups or the coaches or the workers;

  3. Tell secrets about people in the group without their permission;

  4. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or

  5. You must not use the Site or the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

The Reignite Collective has the right to remove any individual from the program or group at any time without providing a refund should that person's behavior violate this section or otherwise disturb the coaching environment.

Links and tools provided by third parties

The website and the Services might include links to external tools and platforms such as Calendly, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or payment processors. Since the Reignite Collective has no control over these other parties, it cannot be held responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of those services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective parties.​

Disclaimers

The Site and the Services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis and are supplied without any warranties, either express or implied, including any warranty as to merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Reignite Collective makes no guarantee that the Site will be continuous, free from errors, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

So long as allowed by law, Reignite Collective, LLC, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Site or Services, even if the Reignite Collective has been made aware of the possibility of such damages. The total amount of liability that the Reignite Collective will have in respect of any claim relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services which caused the claim during the six months prior to the claim being made. In certain jurisdictions, however, some of the limitations on liability may not be enforceable, and as a result some of the limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to cover and protect Reignite Collective, LLC, its founder, employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including those for reasonable legal fees, which result from your use of the Services due to a breach of these Terms or because of a breach of the rights of a third party.

Assumption of Risk

You know that coaching entails certain risks, one of which is experiencing emotional discomfort as a result of self-reflection or when talking about personal matters such as divorce, financial problems, or family relationships. Since you are taking part in the Services, you are voluntarily accepting those risks.

International Clients

Reignite Collective provides its services to clients all around the world. If you use our Services from outside the United States, you confirm that your information may be processed in the United States and you agree that these Terms and U.S. law (as mentioned above) will apply to our relationship, so long as this is allowed by your local law.

Amendments to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time in order to take into account any changes to our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent amendment. If you continue to use the Site or Services after the changes have been posted, that will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If it is determined that any of the provisions set out in these Terms are unenforceable or invalid, then that particular provision shall be restricted or removed to the smallest possible extent, and the other provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
