About

Heather Theisen-Gandara — Founder, Reignite Collective

I founded Reignite Collective to empower women over 40 to rise stronger, bolder, and more radiant after divorce. My journey began far from the global stages I would one day step onto—I grew up in rural Wisconsin and was the first in my family to hold a passport. That passport opened the door to a lifetime of discovery, leading me to study, travel, and work extensively throughout Latin America, where I became fluent in Spanish and developed a deep appreciation for cross-cultural connection.

With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Master’s in Counseling, I have spent over two decades leading in international diplomacy and large-scale team management—partnering with global organizations such as the U.S. Department of State, ExxonMobil, and Baker Hughes. I bring a rare blend of strategic vision, cultural insight, and compassionate mentorship to help women reinvent their futures and achieve measurable results.

Reignite Collective was born from both my professional expertise and my deeply personal journey. After a 24-year marriage, raising two incredible children, and navigating the life-altering reality of divorce, I rebuilt from the ground up—reclaiming my financial independence, shedding nearly 100 pounds, and designing a life infused with self-care, purpose, and unapologetic power.

Today, I guide women through holistic recovery—helping them heal emotionally, elevate their wellness, master their finances, and express their confidence through personal style. My mission is bold yet simple: to show women that life after divorce isn’t the end of their story—it’s the beginning of their most empowered chapter yet.

Rise. Reclaim. Reignite.
