My Story

A week after my youngest child left for college, my husband of 24 years asked me for a divorce. The anxiety, guilt, confusion, and shame were immediate and all-consuming.
I leaned into the survival skills I learned from a traumatic childhood, and over the next two years, I began rebuilding my life piece by piece. I reclaimed my financial independence, lost nearly 100 pounds through a combination of strength training and balanced nutrition, and created a new life filled with self-care, purpose, and style.
This unexpected glow-up inspired me to help other women do the same—step into their futures with wellness, financial clarity, confidence, and holistic results.
I realized that empowering women to heal from betrayal, regain confidence, and maximize their potential was my life’s work.
Through group and individual coaching, community, and (coming soon!) global retreats, I work with women as their thinking partner and help them reignite their life’s purpose.
